Hello to all of my students,
On this page, you will find a variety of links related to the World Trade Center disaster on September 11. At the Highlands Middle School as well as the White Plains High School, we had the opportunity to express our feelings about the disaster at a memorial sponsored by the Westchester Arts Council and La Casa de la Cultura. Here are some pictures of our displays below.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Irene Shaffer, math teacher at Highlands and Ms. Ybelize Pilarte, head of the Latino Coalition at the White Plains High School.
