When you join NKU you become part of an e-mail discussion group. Members post messages to the list by sending

there messages to nku@onelist.com and the message are instantly distributed to most of our members.

This is a very active group and we have a lot to say, so some people prefer to be on the digest version of the list. If

you find that the instant version of the list is creating way too much mail you can switch to the digest version of the list by visiting or send a message to to alynn@cheerful.com. This way you'll receive all the messages in one e-mail message. Digest are sent out twice a day!
