He died between Sep 12 1748 and Feb 14 1748/49 in Burlington, , New Jersey. Will was dated Spetember 12, 1748, and was proved on February 14, 1748/9. Charles R. Hutchinson, in his Genealogical notebooks gathered in the late 1800's states that this Pearson family was settled at Burlington before July 23, 1719, when Isaac Pearson was deeded land in Hunterdon county by Mathew Gardiner.
He appears not to have had any sons, by the devizing in his will.

Copy of above notebook pages provided in January 1998. He obtained a marriage license on Oct 6 1746 in Burlington county, New Jersey. He was married to Rebecca Scattergood about Oct 6 1746 in Burlington county, New Jersey. Rebecca was likely his second wife. This family settled at Burlington before July 23, 1719.

139. Rebecca Scattergood died after Feb 14 1748/49. Executrix of Isaac Pearson's estate (1748/9). Likely, second wife of Isaac Pearson. Children were:

child ii. Sarah Pearson died before Sep 12 1748.
child iii. Rebecca Pearson owned Lot at 21 High Street on Feb 14 1748/49 in Burlington, New Jersey. Inheritance. She died after Sep 12 1748. Listed as heir in will dated 12 September, 1748.
