Fast Load Time: Speedy download of the site to the viewer. Generally speaking, anything more than 30 seconds is too long.
Universality: Translating sites into languages to attract world wide viewers.
Popularity: Successful marketing and web commerce.
Search Engine Compatibility: Word counted Meta tagging and several Search submitions.
Current: Keeping current with Internet languages, programs, issues, technical news.
Grammar and Spelling: Proper grammar and correct spelling.
Domain Names: Easy to remember, applicable web name and InterNIC addresses.
Ethical Web Publishing: Support and adherence to an ethical standard of web site publishing.
