Most of us can figure out that *LOL* stands for Lots of Laughter. But what does *ROTFWL* mean? OR *MNC* ? A Note To Powwow Robot Voice Users

You'll find many (not all) of these Chat Acronyms are POWWOW unique phrases - 'POWWOW Specific'. In other words, they are translations for the Powwow Communicator Program ... Text to Speech. What you type, "I" hear. It is normally required that you type the acronym and then hit ENTER on your keyboard for the voice to speak to the other person. If you type BRB (be right back) for example and don't hit your enter key, the word will show on the other person's screen but the robot voice will not speak it until the 'enter' is keyed.
