Grades: The UAS Phone In System

Starting December 19, 1997 grades will no longer be mailed out. Spring Grades will be available May 12, 1998.

Once grades are turned in to the Records Office and entered on the computer system, they are available to you via telephone. To access your UAS grades by touchtone telephone, follow the instructions below.

Dialing In:

Dial 1-888-547-0440 toll free
For information about your grades press 4
To review your grades press 1
Select a semester
Enter your Student ID no. (usually your social security no.)
Enter your 6-digit PIN ( Personal Identification Number)
Usually the month, day and year of your birth.
Example: April 1, 1967. Enter 040167
Your last name will be spelled back to you.
Follow directions given, or to return to the main menu press 9
After you have finished, exit the system, press 9

If there is no answer after three rings, the line is down. Please try later.

If you do not know your Student ID number or PIN, or if you experience difficulties registering, call the Registration Office at (907)747-6653, ext 707.
