Heartfelt Thanks I can't begin to thank all of the people who made the graphics you see on these pages. The time and effort put into each one is evidenced in their quality. If there is a graphic among these pages that credit has not been given to its maker, it is merely an oversight...or my creative genius forgetting where I got it . In either case I hope you will forgive me if it happens to be one of yours and drop me a line letting me know.
