This was quite a bit more fun because it was a warmer non-raining day. It still sucks getting there at 7am and not getting to race until 1pm. Still working on finding the optimum setup for my car. The setup I had this day was really pushing. I think I'm running too much pressure in the tires. The next event I may just run the same pressures I do on the street and see how that works (40/35). I also need to add a little negative camber up front as it's very close to 0 degrees. At the next event I will also have my Type-R rear sway bar installed so that will make things interesting.

My first two runs I had a guy I met there (Brandon) ride with me. He asked if he could and I had no reason not to let him. I made a LOT of mistakes my first run, mostly going too fast and scrubbing off speed as well as not keeping a good line. The second run was better but I missed a cone completely and got a DNF. The 3rd run was my best but I still feel I could have done a lot better. I see how experience and practice pays off.
