If you look closely at these lenses you will see that they aren't actually orange. The outside is clear and there are two orange inserts inside the assembly. So all that needs to be done is pry the case appart unscrew the orange crap out and silicon them back together again. Sounds easy right? Well it is but the hard part is prying them apart. It's a biznitch!!! It took my girlfiend and I about 3-4 hours with both of us working on them.
First off to get the headlights out you have to take off the bumper (I know, sucks eh?). Actually it's pretty easy. There's two 10mm bolts underneath the car towards the centerish, one philips screw on each side going into the fender pointing forward (may need to turn the wheels slightly to gain access to them) and about 8-12 plastic screws going straight down from the top (you need to pop the hood to get to them). Now the bumper should just pull straight off the car. There's only a few bolts that hold the headlights on. Now that you have the headlights off you just have to grab a flathead screwdriver and start slowly prying away at it. I say slowly so you don't crack them up. Also start prying from the bottom so you won't see all the pry marks when you put them back on the car. Even if there's marks on the top, you'll only see them when you pop the hood. If you don't "show" the car it's not a big deal but I'd still be careful either way. If you get the bottom and part of the sides open you should be able to pull the rest apart by hand leaving the top of the lights unscratched. Now that you have the clear part of the lense completely pulled appart just unscrew the two philips screws holding the orange crap to the lights then silicon them back together. Also make sure NOT to touch the shiny chrome plastic on the inside because it's a pain to clean off the finger prints.
