This how to is specifically for the Integra (94-97 not sure about the other years). This light doesn't mean anything is wrong, it's just a reminder at certain marked mileages to perform routine maintenance. The first warning is it flashes for a few seconds when you first start the car. If you don't clear it within a few hundred miles then it will stay lit all the time. To clear this, just reach up under the dash between the steering wheel colum and the center console and there will be a black box with a little blue square button on it. Press and hold this button down (have the car running at the same time). This will make the "Maintenance Required" light stay lit (if it's not already). Continue to hold his button in until the light goes out and then release. The picture here shows exactly where this button is located. The view is from the floor matt looking up at the underside of the dash.
Now assuming you don't have a "Maintenance Required" light on the dash, but you do have "Maintenanced Required" printed on the gauge cluster with a little colored box next to it that turns from green to yellow and finally to red listen up. All you need to do is take your car key (or any object with similar dimensions) and use it to push the resessed button in the dash. If you're not sure what I'm talking about there should be a small slit (about the size of a car key hole) in the plastic cover. Pushing your key inside this hole should change the color of the little box from yellow or red to green.
Note: Before performing the steps above, I would check your mileage and look in your manual to see what scheduled maintenance is due. If you're unsure of how to do the maintenance, I would take it to the dealer or a qualified mechanic who can.
