Small in Size, Flourless Choclate Cake - to die for
7 large eggs, separated
1/2 cup sweetener (splenda or sweet and Low) 2 tsp vanilla
6 Tbs cocoa powder
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl beat egg yolks, sweetener and vanilla until fluffy 5-10 min., slow down mixer and slowly add cocoa. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat egg white until stiff. Fold in the
ingredients
from the small bowl gently, do not over mix.
Pour into a greased pan lined with wax paper. Bake 10-15 min until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 min.
Creme Cheese Icing:
2 Tbs sweetener
8 oz creme cheese
3 Tbs creme
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick of butter
