One 14 ounce can tart red cherrys
packed in
water.drained.
24 ounces frozen dark red cherrys
thawed and
drained.
1 cup dried cherrys (can be found in
healt food
stores)
In a medium sauce pan mix chocolate
pudding, cherry
JELL-O water and cherrys cook over
med/medhigh until
it starts to thicken and starts to boil
remove from
heat and put on a wire rack to cool when
cool fill
both pie crusts.
Topping
1/4 cup all purpose flour.
2 talespoons of quick oats (not
instant)
2 tablespoons light brown suger.
2 tablespoons unsalted butter,
melted
2 ounces semisweet chcolate,
chopped.
In a small bowl whisk together flouer oats
and suger,
stir in melted butter mix thoroughly.
sprinkle chopped choclate over the
filling.
Crumble the topping over the pie.
bake on center rack of oven at 375° for
35/40 minutes
or until topping turns a golden brown.
Let pie cool on wire rack before serving.
