Healing Meditations for people with CFIDS,
FMS, or Lyme Disease
Basic Meditation form:
In a comfortable position,
close your eyes and take a few
deep breaths. Begin to feel
your body relaxing, letting go
of any tension. Should
you feel pain in a particular area,
focus on that area, and
take a deep breath into that area.
Relax your mind. When
a thought enters, don't try to push
it away, instead place it
on an imaginary cloud and allow it
to float away.
Asking Meditation:
Begin by following the basic
meditation form. When you feel
ready simply begin to ask
your inner self for guidance. You
may only want to ask one
question per meditation.
What do I need to
do to heal myself now?
Focus on an area
which may be in pain...What message does
it have for you. Is there
something the pain is trying to
tell you?
What do you need
to understand about this situation?
An answer may come right
away, or within the next few days.
It may come in the form
of a thought, intuition, a person or
place.
Light Meditation:
Follow the basic meditation
method. When relaxed, begin.
Picture a beautiful ball
of light in your mind.
This light can be any color
you wish. A nice healing light
is golden or white.
Invite this light to come to you. Begin
with your toes, allow this
light to enter your toes, the
balls of your feet, your
ankles. Gradually work up to your
shins, your knees, thighs.
Surround your limbs with this
beautiful healing light.
Feel the warmth of the light
penetrating every cell in
your body. Travel up to your
torso. Allow the light
to enter your stomach, your lungs,
your heart. Illuminate
your heart muscle with this
magnificent light.
Traveling further to your arms, fingers,
neck, shoulders, head.
Fill your entire being with this
radiant light. Picture
yourself being cocooned with bright,
healing light. Allow
yourself to feel the comfort and the
warmth. Enjoy this as long
as you would like.

The purpose of affirmation
is to replace any negative thoughts with
positive ones.
An important aspect to understand is affirmations deal
with the present.
If you can think it, you can create it so have fun.
Every day in every way I am getting better and better.
I am now healing myself.
I am energized, alive, and filled wih radiant
health.
My body is in perfect harmony.
I am now willing to have rest and ease in
my life. I am now
willing to let go of the old.
I am vibrantly healthy and radiantly beautiful.
I am open to receiving all the blessings of this abundant universe.
The light within me is creating miracles in my life here and now.
I give thanks for divine restoration in mind, body, financial affairs, and in all my relationships now.
All things are now working together for good in my life.
May I be filled with loving
kindness.
May I be well.
May I be peaceful and at
ease.
May I be happy.
I allow myself to be healed.
I trust and express my feelings. It is safe to feel and express my sadness and anger.
I support all my feelings.
I take care of myself. I express and trust my
feelings. I trust
others to take proper care of themselves.
I give thanks now for my
life of health, wealth, happiness, and perfect
self-expression.
