Licensed Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey. Certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) which is a nationally recognized certification. Over 30 years of experience in the planning field. Member of the American Planning Association since 1981.

Serving as Absecon City Planning Board Planner for over 10 years.

FOUNDING TRUSTEE of the Absecon Business & Commercial Development Corp. Inc. (Not for Profit Corp.) Played significant role in raising over $32,000. for the erection of Absecon’s Downtown Clock and Plaza 1998-1999.

PRESIDENT - Absecon Historical Society. Author of “Absecon Timeline”, Author of “A Place Called Absecon”. Played significant role in the donation of Howlett Hall to the City of Absecon for use by the Historical Society as a historical museum. Active with current fund raising efforts for on-going restoration of museum.

PRESIDENT - Galloway Township Historical Society. Co-Author of “Galloway Timeline”

TRUSTEE - The Presbyterian Home at Galloway, Inc. - Senior Housing (Not for Profit Corp.)

As a licensed professional I offer my services to my private sector clients as a trusted advisor that consistently assists them in addressing their needs with determination and their best interest in mind. I strive to understand my client's needs, have a sincere concern for my client's welfare and create value with imaginative design. I manage each project as if it were my own.

When reviewing applications for the public sector consideration for what is in the best interest of the public is my first responsibility. My 30 years of working through the morass of the regulatory process is helpful and allows me to not only review applications, but to assist the applicant with the complicated regulatory process.

I believe that every intelligent educated person has an obligation to his/her community to donate time and effort to improve the quality of life in their community. I am married with two children. Reside in Absecon NJ.
