Dojo Locations

In Singapore, dojos can be found in private clubs and schools, education institutions, community centres and more. In private clubs and schools, entry usually requires you to be a private member or staff there first. In education institutions such as Junior Colleges, Polytechnics and Universities, members usually consist of staff, students and alumni members. If you are studying in a tertiary institution you can most probably just sign up with the club. However even if you are not, there's no need to fret. Classes conducted in community centres are open to the public. There are about 70 dojos located all over the island so deciding on, instead of finding, a dojo is what should most probably be your main concern.
