Hmmm... I have been told that breathing and meditation is good for my health,
but need to learn
a bit more about it. One of my Shiatsu contacts runs a class on this on
Thursdays and
suggested I went along, so I'll try to arrange that soon. In the meantime, he
told me that it's a
good idea to learn several different types of breathing so you don't get bored
sitting still for 10
minutes, which strikes me as the only way I'll be able to do it! I'll let you
know what I learn when
I've learned it, in the meanwhile try a web search as I'm sure there are a few
exercises out there
which you can try for yourself.
Breathing is definately good for stress busting - good luck with your search!
Ruth
