The battle between Wolverine and Cable continues while, the others are held captive by Stryfe and a stasis ray that eliminates their powers. Cannonball steals the key from Dragoness while she kisses him to the surprise of Boomer who again becomes jealous. Back at the battle, Rictor Dumps over a water tower on Cable and Wolverine to cool them off and get them to work together. The captured team escapes and is met by hired soldiers of Stryfe. Sunfire captures one of them and forces him to take them to where the drug is stored. At the storage warehouse, Wolverine, Cable and the others come crashing in from a skylight to meet the rest of the team and Sunfire. Stryfe also appears on the scene with his three new assassins. Wolfsbane finds the scent of the drug in a pile of crates and she and Logan proceed to destroy it. Cable and Stryfe rumble, until Rictor knocks Dragoness from the air. Her flame power ignites the warehouse which is also stocked with weapons and explosives. The Good guys escape the explosion which seems to be the end of Stryfe
