He is the Father of Shinji. He doesn't seem to care very much for Shinji, and
inversely he seems to care alot for Rei. Personality wise he is like Shinji.
They are both quiet. Although he seems to be able to talk to Rei. He is also in
charge of the Human complementation Project.

Notes: Sent to Nerv as the Fifth child. Made friends
with Shinji. Was found lated in the synchro data to be the 17th Angel.
