<P ALIGN="CENTER"><B>Welcome Frames-Free Browser User!</B>
<P>If you're reading this, you'll have realised I've slipped to the Dark Side and succumbed to
those dire entities of backwards incompatibility, twisted and overabused... evil Netscapisms which
have invaded and perverted the web as we know it. I speak of <B>Frames</B>
<P>Unfortunately, in the efforts of improving my HTML skills, and proving that frames can be used
for Good, and not just Evil, I have made the default navigation frames-based.
<P>But fear not, for I have made it accessible to people who have the decency to resist frames.
If for any reason this page looks odd, let me know the problem (and which browser you are using) so
I can make your no-frames experience of equal, or greater, value than the frames experience. I
promise you miss nothing in terms of content.
