THE TOP TEN BEST DS9 EPISODES
10. The House of Quark The best of a Klingon episode and the best of a Ferengi episode showing that center of essential goodness in Quark...not that he'd admit it!
9. Homefront/Paradise Lost Fascinating Earthbound two-parter ostensibly about the Changeling threat on Earth, but really about the dangers of military paranoia.
8. Captive Pursuit A thought-provoking concept, a fascinating guest character and a totally original script is a breath of freshness and vitality.
7. A Call to Arms Portentous and tightly plotted fifth-season finale heralds the landmark Dominion Occupation arc.
6. The Begotten Impossibly touching and well-acted story of Odo's relationship with an infant Changeling, it contains several key plot points.
5. Necessary Evil Seamless flashback to the Occupation and the events which introduced Odo to a young resistance fighter named Kira Nerys.
4. In the Pale Moonlight The disturbingly chilling tale of how Sisko traded part of his soul for a new ally against the Dominion.
