Winners of the 51st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were announced on August 28 (Creative Arts Emmys) and September 12 (Televised Emmys). Out of eight possible nominations (half the number garnered last year), The X-Files received only one award, and were not even nominated for Best Drama Series, an honour they've achieved every season save the first. Were they snubbed? Oh yeah. Let's all bow down at the altar of David E. Kelley.
