1999 Screen Actors Guild Awards The fifth annual Screen Actors Guild Awards took place on March 7, 1999. Again Gillian, David, and their work on The X-Files were nominated for the prestigious Actor, but unfortunately, none took one home. *le sigh* Ah well. At least it wasn't another David Kelly-fest like the Golden Globes...
