2) What was your least favourite 'shippy show of the middle part of season six?
3)What was your favourite 'shippy scene of the middle part of season six?
4) What has been your favourite 'shipper moment of season six so far, and why did you like it so much?
Here's what some of you had to say:
Pamela - The hospital scene between Mulder and Scully in "Triangle." I liked it because like many people I love that UST!
kathy - I liked the scene in Dreamland II, when Mulder and Scully meet at night, by the road. She has bad news for him, about changing him back. When they stared at each other, and she touched his arm and closed her eyes. The tension and saddnes in the air was so touching I wanted to cry. (I never felt that way with TXF, even during the cancer) So I guess that is my favorite scene.
Shari - From Triangle, when Mulder kisses the 1939 Scully.
horsevet - The "Triangle" scene where Fox tells Scully that he loves her - I loved it because he looks sooo sad when she blows him off and then he realizes that he really did kiss her. At that time his look seem to convey the message, "That's okay Scully, you go ahead and think it's the medication....I know the truth."
moira14 - He he. . .When Mulder looked at Scully in that facial masque, patted the bed, and said, "Come on, we're married now!"
Susan Renee - Definitely the kiss/punch or the hospital scene in Triangle! You can't get any better than a kiss AND a love confession in ONE episode!!!
Cybill - I don't know if this counts as a 'shipper moment but I liked the exchange in "Trevor" about Spontaneous Human Combustion an awful lot.
Dana Mulder - Hmmmmmm... Tough choice... I would have to say... The kiss in Triangle!!!
kitty - My favorite of all would have to be the sunflower seed scene in Dreamland II. "I would kiss you if you weren't so damn ugly." I cried the first few times I saw that, and I still tear up sometimes. I absolutely love that scene.
JC - I'd have to say when Mulder was bleeding to death in Scully's arms in the episode Monday. Her anguish was so clear and it was like she would say I love you any second. Beautiful.
Char - I liked when Mulder and Scully were sitting on the couch talking to the guy who was in charge of the subdivision in Arcadia. Mulder would sit next to Scully and pull her closer and closer.
Me - I don't like - I love. Triangle is my favorite because of the last scene in hospital.
Evie - Triangle 1930Scully & Mulder kiss -- If only it would happen in "real time." Damn Bee!
KrysTEn - The part from 'Arcadia' where Mulder pats the bed.
RaTBoy'S ChEEze - I really liked the 'How the Ghost's Stole Christmas' all the way through! Especially the end part.
5) Recently, The X-Files has been using music to convey meaning, especially in 'shippy ways. What has been your favourite song of season six?
This survey was a lot more decisive than the last. Though there was some wavering on the least favourite episode, with "S.R. 819," "Terms of Endearment," and "Agua Mala" getting the lowest points, the other categories were very cut and dry. By a landslide, the favourite episode was "Arcadia," the favourite scene was the bedroom conversation from that same show, and the favourite song was "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" from "How the Ghosts Stole Christmas." But then again, who could not be moved by its bitter-sweet strains of "Have yourself a merry little Christmas" ironically imposed over Mulder and Scully's most mournful Christmas yet? To emulate JC, beautiful.
