2. If Jacob Jou finds the quality of your site to be sufficient, he may move it to the main link page.
3. You must have a link to Starbase 28 (to "http://www.starbase28.com" without the quotes) on your site, or you must add it immediately you submit your site to this service.
4. Jacob Jou may clear all links on the Visitors' Links Page every once in a while, without warning, to make sure there are no broken links; therefore; if your link is not moved to the main link page by Jacob Jou, you may want to resubmit it every few weeks. This is not a requirement, but if you don't resubmit it every now and then, your link may not be on the page later.
5. The links on the Visitors' Links page do not have to be Star Trek sites, but only Star Trek sites will be placed on the main link page.
6. Jacob Jou may remove any links at any time at his discretion without notice.
7. If you or your site is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions, Jacob Jou may remove your link without notice.
8. Jacob Jou reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. The modified conditions shall bind only applicants who apply after the new terms and conditions are posted. Previous applicants whose links are still listed will continue to be bound by the terms and conditions that were in place to when those applicants applied. Applicants whose links are removed will no longer be bound by any of the terms and conditions of this service.
