When Piper casts her spell to get rid of Jeremy, she sticks a rose into a doll made of dough. However, when the spell is completed, she AGAIN sticks the rose into the doll. But this second time, the dolls body was smooth, showing no signs of the rose being stuck there the first time.
Granted that the good guys should usually win, Jeremy took WAY too long before attempting to kill the girls. He just terrified them quite a bit, but wasted valuable time before we was "power of 3'd" by the Halliwells.
Why does it take so long for Phoebe to lose her youth when it took Javna all of 5 seconds to drain it out of the other girls?
At dinner with Dad, when Piper freezes time you can still see the desserts candle flickering before she unfreezes it.
In the opening scene, we see Piper pick up Prue's surprise party invitations and put them in a desk drawer. However, the next shot you see, the cards are STILL on the counter and Piper puts them away again.
In the second to last scene, Prue, Piper and Phoebe have quite a long conversation while standing at Mark’s funeral. Wouldn’t anyone at the funeral have noticed this or overheard their conversation? Not very discreet for a funeral.
Near then end when the "bridesmaids" (they were demons if you missed this one), push the Halliwells into Elliot's bedroom, we see Prue drop her purse. In the next shot she has it on her shoulder. However, the purse is ALSO next to the bed when Elliot rolls off and gets the Knife. But the following shot shows Prue with her purse on again. Prue's purse (the one on the her shoulder and the one next to the bed) were also two different purses altogether, but they both belonged to Prue.
Only one that I could find, Aviva leaves her sweater she had on in the living room but later we see it in the kitchen without anyone moving it.
For thinking that the Truth Spell is pretty cool, Phoebe doesn’t support this. There are several instances where she is asked a question and before answering remarks, “Uh-Oh, Truth Spell”. When Prue is going up in the elevator to her office, she pushes her usual 12th floor button. However, when the camera faces the keypad, none of the floor numbers are lit up. Why does the Warlock need to remove people’s sunglasses to kill them? He burns a hole in the center of the forehead, and sunglasses do not cover that area. So why waste time removing Tanya’s before attempting to kill her. When Prue come running out just one scene later to help Phoebe and Tanya, she has two security guards with her. However, they don’t do anything to help out or ask what’s up. They just stand there and sulk until exiting off with Prue. Prue tells Andy that only girls of the Halliwell line can get powers. Why is that when we know that men can get them also? Max got his mothers powers in the episode "Secrets and Guys". Andy says that he doesn’t even suspect Prue of being a witch at all. However in a later episode we see an article at the top of his confidential Prue file about Witchcraft.
When Matthew breaks Prue's office window, we see glass fly out everywhere. However, when Matthew jumps and lands, we see not a trace of ANY glass at all.
In the beginning of this episode, when Piper is in the hospital, Andy and Agent Fallon come to visit. Andy introduces each sister to Agent Fallon, but he points to the wrong Halliwell when introducing them.
When Piper morphs into the Wendigo, we see her clothes ripping off. But in the next shot, we see that her clothes are nowhere to be found on the attic floor.
In the opening scene, Phoebe signs the mailing list for a discount at the store. However, when the Demon of Fear shows up, we see both Phoebe's AND Piper's name signed in Phoebe's handwriting. Why would she put them both?
Prue's white streak didn't develop in her hair until long after she was nearly scared by the demon. However, all of his other victim's hair turned white immediately after his attack.
I don’t know about you, but when I hold my breath underwater, I tend to float. However, Prue, who seems to have enough air to stay underwater for at least 30 seconds, manages to “sit” on the bottom of the pool.
Even if the Demon of Fear had managed to kill the Halliwell’s, he still would not have had 13 kills and would have left earth for another 1300 years.
Prue did some fast colthing changes in her pool scene. When she is thrown in, we see her bra strap and it is white. However, when she emerges from the pool, we see she is now wearing a black bra.
Prue and Piper talk about just having Prue’s surprise birthday party. However, the episode that that took place in, Dead Man Dating, happened quite a long time ago.
So far, this is the first and only episode where we see Grams' farmed portrait on the wall.
On a table in this episode, we see a picture of the girls as kids. However, the picture is of different girls than the one’s from "The 70’s episode".
When the Gas Man attacks Piper, Phoebe produces a bat and, very roughly, hits the gasman on the back of the head. However, when the Gas Man comes to again, there is no blood or swelling on his head at all. He must have a hard head!
I’m not very well versed in real Wicca, but I do know that there are only 4 spiritual elements, not 5 as the Halliwell’s seem to think.
Claire keeps reminding Prue that dinner will be 5 plus one. Why would she count Prue’s sisters in on the dinner when they have nothing to do with Buckland’s? In the "Fourth Sister" episode, Leo hangs up flyers of the "lost" Kit around the neighborhood, and we see that the Halliwell's address is 7571 Prescott Street, but in this episode, Phoebe mentions on the phone that their address is 1329 Prescott Street. (From Charming World's Bloopers Section)
When Piper opens the front door to go inside, Kit comes running out of the house, but she dosen't have on her collar.
When Piper and Prue were locating the places of what the five elements refer to, Prue points out that metal would be at Mountain Lake Park. Now when does one can actually pan for metal in a lake?! (From Charming World's Bloopers Section)
In the beggining when Piper freezes Nicholas, the clock is chiming noon, however, the clock reads 12:25.
When Piper and Prue enter Buddy's, a man and woman get up to leave. However, they are still there and seated later in the scene when Phoebe comes running in.
When the girls travel back in time, watch the background closely. Though some of the Attic’s contents have changed, right as the travel back, the scene stays completely the same. Even the book of Shadows hasn’t changed a page, though apparently the spell did not exist yet that sent them back in time.
In the opening scene with the credits, we see some 70’s clips and shots of the city. Though back in time 24 years, the city looks the same as it does in the present.
When exactly before did they bring the past to them? This is what Phoebe thought might have happened when they time traveled.
When Phoebe attacks Nicholas, she flings his car keys into the road. However, moments later when Nicholas reappears in Buddy’s, he has his keys again.
What was Little Andy doing the whole time over at the Halliwell’s? Up until the scene that little Piper freezes everyone we never see him or any signs that the girls are playing with him.
Notice that Little Piper nods to unfreeze things.
A side not from The Witch is Back, Prue asks how come Warren Witches lose their mom’s so early? However, grams lived long enough to see her grandchildren, that’s pretty good.
Near the end when Grams and Patty send the girls 10 seconds into the future, Piper has totally changed positions. Before she crossed her arms and had her feet together, but after they reappear, her arms are down and legs spread a little. Also, when they are finally sent back, the girls reappeaer facing a different direction.
When Phoebe floods Quake, she calls Piper to ask where the water shut-off valve is. Phoebe is soaking wet while this is going on and Piper says she'll come to Quake immediately, but Phoebe is COMPLETELY dry when Piper arrives.
When Phoebe finds the entrance to the storm drain, we see she has a purse with her, but when she returns home,we see her with no purse. And, as soon as she opens the front door of the Manor in the next shot, we see she has her purse again.
When Prue drinks the poison, we see she drinks it all out of the glass. However, in the next scene you can see that there is still some of the red poison in the glass.
