Sailorsaturn is the most powerful Outer Senshi, despite what some people may say. Don't believe me? This little girl can destroy a planet by saying three words. But, of course, if she does this, she cannot escape and goes along with it. But still, she is the most powerful Outer Senshi.
Hotaru was my favorite character for quite a while. (Come to think of it, basically every Senshi was my favorite at one point or another.) But there were several reasons for this. First of all, she is a very dark, morbid girl. This fits my personality a times, because I tend to be like that. Second, she collects lamps. I collect candles. Same almost. Oh, well. Third; We used to have the same hairstyle! Yep, just last year. But most importantly, she could stand Chibi Usa! *shudder.*
Of course, Hotaru did turn terribly evil when she became Mistress 9 and stole Chibi Usa's star seed, but that's beside the point..
When Hotaru was younger, all the kids at school were afraid of her because of her powers. She is a sickly looking girl with healing powers. (no irony intended there.) So she kept to herself, resulting in a very shy, dark personality. Why wouldn't anyone except her? Deep down, in the end, she really was good inside her, even though she was very evil. I mean, if she didn't have any good in her heart, how in the world would she be able to have Chibi Usa as a best friend?
