It's there it's done
My moment in the sun
And it glittered and passed away
and now I'm dead
No one saw the glittering anyway
And I screamed out to the sky
Did you see it

And the sky answered me
Like it always does
With it's silence
With it's complete deathly silence
And I knew my answer
No one saw
Not even the sky
And my life was wasted

All on a slim hope

All for nothing
