Today I got a poem
From a very special girl
And I don't know what to tell her

I'm happy that she thinks about me
Happy that she cares
I just wish I could show her
Make her see
Exactly what she means to me
She's so special
And so sweet
And so pretty
And her hugs can't be beat
But it doesn't matter what she does for me
I only want her to be happy
I can't promise you
That I'll be exactly what you need
Exactly what you want
But I can promise to try
To be everything you've ever needed
And everything you'd ever want
If you told me today was the last day with him
I'm not sure what I'd think
If it would make you happy
I'd be so happy for you
I know I want to be with you
But what you want
Is what should decide you
I'll always be here for you
If you need me
Always be here to care
I'll always hold you in my heart
And you should never feel alone
Not anywhere
I'll be here for you
