Lost Love
the hope builds then fades away
the knock on the door
it's not from your hand
you don't come around anymore
we used to be so close
we would call everyday
what happened to all our joy
why has it been replaced with pain
did I hurt you in some way
so that you've stopped caring for me
If I've caused you any pain
I'll be suffering for an eternity
to know that we once loved each other so
to know that we once cherished each others words
to know all the things we've known
and now we've thrown it all away
but maybe we'll work it out
maybe it will be ok
maybe we'll be together again one day
