the headshrinkers were created because I wanted to play chaos marines that were fervently evil,but had a high level of mercenary spirit making them more then just foot soldiers of an insane god.the answer to my problem was to have them be in league with a comparatively minor chaos power of my own creation.a power that very much needs them to increase his own status,and for sacrifices thereby he would give his followers more freedom,and let me play for a broader array of objectives.

unit history and detail
Many years ago a space marine combat medic was left on a space
hulk filled with tyranids while the rest of the ship left those aboard to die.the medic was able to get a fortified position,and set up a triage.he would leave a wounded soldier propped up against the door with an assault cannon while he went about looking for wounded.the task was made easier by daemonic lord fiol.first aiding covertly then overtly,as his assistance became more obvious.eventually an alliance was formed.the space hulk had vanished by the time reinforcements had arrived.
currently the hulk seldom leaves warp space,and acts as a support ship for captured smaller craft that lead raids.when the hulk is out of warp space it can activate an artifact driven gate that opens up a door way to lord fiols home world in the eye of terror
The home world is largely a methane packed swamp.the only city is on the great lake of decay where lord fiol resides,and where his sacrifices are made.the city is powered by methane,and almost all the buildings are all living created from living tissue of victims that are slowly devoured as tendrils from the living city absorb them,and intermingle with their nervous systems making escape after the chains are removed impossible.there is also a large slave market for the excess victims that is popular with the various chaos factions.the market is also a good spot for chaos deal making.

demon lord fiol appears as a large 20ft tallcoiled mass of bodily processes with periodical skulls and arms reaching out of the mix.He is a daemon of entropy.I created my model using a piece of fake great dane poop with painted arms and parts skeletons from other models.

weapons-can throw parts of his mass for the same effect as blight grenades or or may spray part of his vile essence for the same effect as the spell stream of corruption with the additional effect of victims who otherwise would have died on a roll of 5 or 6 will be subject to the spell fleshy curse.

special rules
1-invulnerable
2-daemon possession,there must already be three kills (friend or foe) on the field must possess a model of at least 50 points or the model will explode creating a spell effect similar to a plague banner and also the possessed model will be the center of a blight grenade blast as well
3-trail of decay-because lord fiol as far from a solid mass,and is constantly absorbing things every time he moves he leaves something from himself behind.on a roll of 1-5 it is something random like a elephant skull or a giant peanut,but on a six it is some one formerly absorbed (equal chance of being friend or foe) the individual will fight for whatever side they formerly fought for with the same stats as a beast of nurgle.
4-absorption-when lord fiol is allow to come into the game casualties are replaced at the point of death with an empty base when lord fiol is over a base he may expend one attack per base/casualty,and after three he will restore one wound to himself.
5-lord fiol can only move at four inches a turn or 6 inches to close
6-The area where lord fiol moves his fertilizing essence across my either have foliage or tall grass the nest time a battle is fought on the same field

I have review the footage and documentation you’ve sent me as well as doing extensive research in the imperial archives.I am finding voice print recognition in an astounding number of criminal matters.the reason a stronger case had been never made against this chaos lord is that his crimes are committed under aliases,and over an unbelievably broad area.

with a fair degree of certainty i can state that lord Hannibal has committed the following crimes...cannibalism,rape,murder,assault,willfull torture,extortion,smuggling,robbery,I identity theft arson,medical crimes,bestiality,and more I will have to invent. there are many more crimes i can only suspect him of,but there is not enough existing documentation to prove or disprove my theories.
from my research I am able to make several assumptions.

firstly is that lord Hannibal has a large ship almost the size of a hulk that is capable of traveling warp space,and providing support to smaller craft.

seondly...he has connections with several orc bands,dark eldar,mercenaries,gangs,and other followers of chaos.he will often use alternate identities and intermediaries to contact them.he can field a very large and dangerous mixed force
finally he is very erratic in his objectives,and will go through considerable trouble to obtain objectives of little tactical or commercial worth.to spite his other talents he is clearly insane.the only uniformities seem to be his dislike of the emperor,cattle ,tyranids,and his taste for luxury items.
