Irresponsible Captain Tylor

This is probably one of the best new series to come out in a while. It is about a lazy person in the armed forces. Through mostly luck and being in the right place at the right time, he gets the command of a destroyer and miraculously manages to pull off victory over the enemy, his crew and command staff.
