Imagine if you would, please
A modern desert
Where the lizards live
And the trees are dead
Now I'll bet you
That the lizards know what to do

Laying out on those rocks
All goddamn day long
Striking a pose
Trying to be vogue
After all,
What else is there to do
Besides eat dragonflies
And, just between you and me,
I don't like to eat dragonflies
