Chapter Eight-Revelations
B'Elanna woke hours later to find herself lying half-way on top of Tom Paris. She sat up in shock. She took several deep breaths to calm herself. She looked down at the sleeping form. She felt herself relax as she stared at him.
She brushed a lock of blonde hair off his forehead. She then ran her hand through his hair, loving the soft feel of it.
Tom slowly opened his eyes to see B'Elanna hovering over him. He smiled sleepily at her.
"Hello," he whispered.
B'Elanna smiled softly, "The rain stopped."
Tom listened intently. She was right, the rain had ceased. He looked back at her, and sat up. He then noticed their undressed state. He stared at her, surprised (and relieved?)that what happened wasn't a dream.
"B'Elanna?" Tom hoped she wouldn't be angry.
B'Elanna touched his face. She could see in his blue eyes that he was worried she would lash out at him. She gave him a reasurring smile then leaned in, and gave him a long deep kiss.
Tom returned the kiss as he buried his hands in her dark hair. He tilted his head back as B'Elanna kissed her way down to his chest. He moaned her name, and was answered with a growl...from her stomach.
The two giggled as Tom's stomach answered.
"Guess we better find something to eat," Tom whispered, kissing
B'Elanna's neck.
B'Elanna growled then gently pushed Tom away. She felt herself become aroused again as she stared into his eyes. She blinked and looked away.
"We better eat," she said, looking anywhere, but at him.
Tom sensed her discomfort. He went to gather his clothes, but spun around when he heard B'Elanna say, "Leave them off, Tom. I don't plan to leave the pod today."
Tom stared at her, shocked, "What if we have to find more food, Torres?"
B'Elanna growled softly as she looked the pilot over, "That can wait. We still have enough jerky and ration bars. I just don't feel like going out today."
She said this last statement with a sigh. She really didn't want to go outside. The event of several hours ago was still fresh in her memory. She needed to sort it out, and that meant talking to Tom about it.
Tom was still shocked. B'Elanna wanted to sit around the pod naked?! He shook his head, grabbed his blanket, and wrapped it around himself. He then handed B'Elanna her blanket. He then rummaged through their bags, and brought out some ration bars. He handed B'Elanna one then sat down in front of her. He unwrapped his bar then began to eat.
B'Elanna stared at her ration bar. She looked up at Tom to find him staring curiously at her. She sighed and started eating.
A moment later, B'Elanna spoke, "We need to talk, Tom."
Tom looked up worriedly, "If you're going to..."
B'Elanna shook her head and he quieted. She took a deep breath and began, "I wanted to, so I'm not going to yell at you. It was a very stimulating experience..."
Tom's eyes narrowed, knowing where this was going, "You just wanted to see if those rumors were true, didn't you? You wanted to see if I'm really as good as they say!"
B'Elanna stared at him, stunned. His eyes were like a storm threatening to let loose a downpour. She shook her head, but Tom would have none of it.
"You used me!" Tom stood up, ignoring her pleading eyes, "I can't believe I actually thought you wanted to, because you had some feelings for me!"
"Tom, please," B'Elanna began.
"Just leave me alone," Tom said, more hurt than angry.
B'Elanna watched as he sat down in the pilot's chair. She could feel his hurt. She berated herself for making him think what he did. She had been there before. She had been the one who was used, and all because someone wanted to know what it was like with a Klingon.
"That's not what I meant, Tom," she tried again.
Tom said nothing. B'Elanna slowly walked up to stand beside him. She could see a tear slide down his right cheek. She touched his shoulder, causing him to jump. He stared at her, the dark clouds releasing their rain.
"I'm sorry, Tom. I didn't mean for it to sound that way. I should have known better."
Tom looked away, "Forget, B'Elanna. I should have known no one would want me other than for a 'good time.'"
B'Elanna couldn't stand this strange turn of events. She was stunned by his words. She had never seen him like this. She knew she should be angry, but it seemed even her Klingon side was surprised by this. She fought back her own tears as she tried to reassure him.
"Tom, that's not why I wanted to."
"Then why?" He asked, not looking at her, "Did you have a sudden urge to have sex and I was the only one around?!"
B'Elanna slapped him then. They stared at each other in total shock. They didn't move for several tense minutes. Finally, Tom looked back at the landscape outside the viewscreen.
"I'm sorry, Tom," the half-Klingon said, breaking the unberable silence, "I don't know why you wanted to have sex with me either. I guess we're just both lonely people."
Tom stared at her for several minutes before he spoke, "I did it,
because I wanted to. You gave me something I thought I would never have."
B'Elanna stared at him, "What?"
"I'll admit that this IS one of my fantasies: stranded with a beautiful woman. For months now, that woman has been you, B'Elanna."
B'Elanna stared at him, stunned. She was surprised at both his admition and that she had been in any of his fantasies. She shook her head, but he grabbed her arm, forcing her to look at him.
"Don't walk away from me, please. People have done that to me for too long. I'm tired of it."
"No one has ever told me I was part of their fantasies. It's just a shock."
Tom smiled and pulled her to him. He touched her face and looked deep into her eyes. He could see the truth and torment to that statement. He could also see the surprise of his own words in her dark eyes. He gently kissed her, running his hands through her hair.
B'Elanna responded in kind. She opened her mouth to let his tongue play with hers. She felt a new sensation flow through her body: that of complete happiness. All worries flew from her mind as she let her blanket drop to the floor. She deepened the kiss as she framed Tom's face. She ran her hands through his hair as she moved her mouth to his jawline, down his neck, then his chest.
Tom moaned as he let himself give in to the feelings B'Elanna was
letting him have. He closed his eyes as she moved further down his body. Suddenly, he found himself down on the floor of the pod, staring up at the half-Klingon.
B'Elanna growled as she crawled up his body. She smiled wickedly as she ran her hand up and down his length, bringing a deep moan from Tom. She chuckled as she watched him enjoy the motions she made on him. She then devoured his mouth while still stroking him, bringing him closer to the edge.
"Lanna!" Tom moaned from under her lips.
B'Elanna stopped her motions and sat up. She looked down at him; his eyes dark with a primitive need. She growled her own needs as she impaled herself on him. They both moaned in anticipation and pleasure. B'Elannna then began to rock her hips forward. Tom met her with a thrust of his own, bringing a deep growl from her.
The two moved together bringing the other closer to the edge. Tom placed his hands on B'Elanna's breasts, and began to knead them. He then moved his hands down her body to her hips.
B'Elanna rocked more fiercely as she felt herself near the edge. She placed her hands on his chest then moved them to grabbed his shoulders. She dug her nails into his skin as she picked up her pace. Her moans were now growls as Tom thrust deeper into her, matching her pace. She opened her eyes to see that his were closed and his mouth slightly open. She could hear him moan her name and she growled in return.
Suddenly, she titled her head back and screamed his name. Her nails drew blood as she squeezed his shoulders in her climax.
Tom thrust one last time and released into her. B'Elanna collapsed on top of him, breathing heavily.
"Tom," was all B'Elanna said before she fell asleep.
