What I think :
Raindancer is probably one of the most powerful Stargazer Theurge in the making. Despite his young age knows all the paths leading in and out of the Umbra, and often lead his packmates there. This Garou has its place in almost any Umbra deck. Rumors say he has a strong link with Rainpuddle (WW Rage). Some elders think they are the reincarnation of two great Theurge brothers of old.
