FREE BOOK!
You've come to the right place if you are interested in the free book offered from the editor of Faerytales. Copies of The Secret Shared will be given to every one in ten people who fill out this questionaire. Please fill each section out and email it to me by June 30th. June 30th is the deadline!!

The next questions are very important for you to be put in the drawing.
5) Name at least five of your favorites that you read in the Ezine. State which one you like the most (if possible if you don't like them all equally). The 'favorites' must be a combination of articles, short stories, continued stories, and poetry.
6) Leave some comments about your favorites on the message board so the authors can read them.
7) *IMPORTANT* For each 'favorite' you choose write at least 8 sentences explaining why you like it. You can write more but 8 sentences is the minimum. Things like blah blah blah do not count. =)
8) Email it all back to me!

9) This is for a FREE BOOK! For each ten questionaires filled out one book will be given out, for each 20 two books will be given out so the odds will always be in your favor even if the number of questionaries submitted go up.
10) You will need to give an address for the book to be sent to. I know this is kinda like DUH but I won't ask for your address unless you win the book. So if you're one of these people who doesn't give their address out (which I understand completely) you are more than welcome to fill out the questionaire but if you win and can't give your address out well I guess you see the situation.
