THERE AREN'T MANY COLORS THAT WILL WORK WITH THIS, SO PLACE A TABLE (WITH OR WITHOUT BORDERS) WITH A SOLIDE COLOR BACKGROUND ON YOUR PAGE AND WRITE ON IT.

Okay, so here's a white table with black text.
You can play with background colors and/or font colors inside your table until you like the effect.  This table is set relative to the window size (50%) so that no matter what size screen is used, the table will adjust itself to the center of the screen.
I use Netscape (in case you haven't noticed) as a design assitant, and you can create tables quickly and easily using Composer.  On the other hand, I still prefer to create tables in a text editor first, and then open it Composer for the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get).
I also prefer creating my own graphics (duh-uh), and I have always used Paint Shop Pro and nothing else.  You can't touch a decent graphics program for $99.00!  But that's what Paint Shop Pro Costs.... It's definitely the BBD!
