  1. "The Trials of Sigmund" - Alternate version forms the prologue of the same title.
  2. "Emily Dickinson--Saved from Drowning" - Alternate version forms "Chapter Three" (which immediately follows the Prologue).
  3. "Sigmund in Space" - Alternate version forms "Chapter Eight" (which appears seventh, between "Four" and "One").
  4. "Bedside Manor" - Alternate version forms "Chapter One" (which appears eighth, following "Chapter Eight"), of the same name.
