Tracks

Tracks is an Autobot that prefers his "stunning auto mode" to robot mode, thinking quite highly of it. As sports car, he can travel very fast and has the ability (in the cartoon) to fly by retracting his rear tires and extending narrow wings and thrusters. He is armed with a "black light" gun that blinds its opponents.

Physically, Tracks is 'Blue Rhapsody' [Ed: is that a color?] overall with a yellow square on his roof with a red Autobot symbol in it; and a red 'Phoenix flame' with a white stencil symbol on his hood.

Cartoon Bio (US):

Tracks was not one of the Autobots emerging from the Ark soon during the first episode.

In one of his first appearances, Tracks met and befriended a teenage boy named Raoul while doing investigative work into car theft with other Autobots in New York City. Raoul and Tracks discovered that the Decepticons were behind the crimes and with the help of the other Autobots, managed to stop them.

Sometime later, Tracks, Blaster, Raoul, and two of Raoul's friends stop a Decepticon plot to hypnotize people at a dance club.
