(ESF)

Hawk Mountain

Whether you’re majoring in Environmental Science or if you just have an interest in the environment, this is the place to be.  The Environmental Science Forum is the student organization affiliated with the B.S. Environmental Science Program. Although the club is affiliated with the Environmental Science Program, any University student interested in environmental issues is encouraged to join. The ESF meets to discuss current environmental issues of local, regional, national, and global concern. In addition, the group is involved in numerous outreach activities, including on and off campus environmental education, fund raising for environmental concerns, and participating in roadside clean-ups and volunteering at locations such as Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, Nolde Forest Environmental Education Center, and the Wildlands Conservancy. ESF members take advantage of opportunities to participate in regional and national environmental conferences. The Environmental Science Forum also organizes an annual Earth Day celebration at Kutztown University.

.

Join us Tuesdays in Boehm 207 at 11 am.  Come by any time during the semester.  New members or those who are interested are always welcome.
