After almost being killed in the first SCREAM, Gale Weathers seems to be doing pretty good in her life. She has a best selling book called The Woodsboro Murders, which they have made into a movie, starring Tori Spelling, called STAB!
Wow! You might say! But the fame and fortune hasn't made her attitude any better...in fact she is even more of a bitch than in the first SCREAM. She is totally money hungry after the success of her novel and only wants more dinero.
Gale even broke Dewey's heart more by calling his policeman ways Barney Fifish. Poor
guy. But at least she's famous now-right? All throughout the movies-her motives for
personal success are challenged and we start to see a change in old Gale Weathers when
she realizes that the killer is back for more and that she might actually go down in this one.
She joins in on the hunt to find the killer or killers and during that a new relationship
between her and Dewey blossoms and they have a steamy little scene. And I do mean
little! Ghostface shows up and seemingly murders Dewey! Gale cries and pounds on the
glass but its no use-he stabs him repeatedly and Gale is trapped.
Soon after Gale finds her way out and runs out of the building to call the police for help-
but that brown nosing news paper reporter Debbie Salt is on the pay phone. Soon after
Debbie apprehends Gale and takes her to the theater where Mickey has Sidney. The whole
story is then being revealed for us. Debbie salt is in fact Mrs. Loomis-Billy's mom. Gale
gets shot at and falls off the stage and we think she is dead-but as soon as all the suspense
is over she comes back and with Sid shots Debbie a few more times and both shoot the
hell outta Mickey. When she's outside they bring Dewey out on a stretcher and she takes
off in the ambulance with him=)
