After all this poor guy has been through-I am surprised he is not completely gray!

His wife was cheating on him for I dot know how long-and he HAD to have known! Even if he didn't-he had to go through the loss of loosing his wife.

Then almost a year after her death-when he was supposed to be going on a business trip- he gets bound and gagged and held without permission by Billy Loomis and Stu Macher. He was to be part of their whole plan.

They cloned his cellular and made calls the calls to Casey Becker from it, as well as Sidney. Then they were going to kill off everybody but themselves and say that with the anniversary with his wife's death-he went mad on a killing spree, killed everyone at the party (including Casey, Steve and Principal Himbry), then Sidney and then killed himself. They were also going to say he tried to kill them-but they survivied. But with some quick work from his daughter he and she were both saved. He came bursting out of the closet at then end of the movie still all tied up because while Sidney was trying to save the day, they forgot all about him being in the closet.
