Dr Killbrew finishes conducting scans on Deadpool and now is ready to reveal what is going on with Wade's body. The Doctor comes up with a solution which requires Deadpool's innards having a bath in gamma irradiated fluid, and the only place to get some of that is inside the Hulk.

One quick trip to the Florida Keys later and Deadpool is ready to drop in on the Hulk. Wade and Hulk enjoy a fight with cars, planes and a mannequin until DP sticks a pipe through Hulk's stomach enabling Wade to get some blood. Back in the Swiss Alps at the Doctor's Lab, Dr Killbrew gives Wade an injection of the fluid. Once the Doctor is finished, Deadpool is now ready to kill him.
