At the Deadhut, Blind Alfred is trying to convince Wade not to go to New York with Typhoid Mary. Meanwhile, in the Gutman Institute at Long Island,
Daredevil is investigating the escape of Mary, and in New York, Mob bosses are in fear of Typhoid Mary's return. Back in New York, Daredevil discovers the first of Mary's victims.
Deadpool is causing trouble on the streets where a cab driver was running the price for DP's fare and gets a noogie and a wedgie for doing it, while Mary is killing some more
people. Posing as a delivery boy, Deadpool wanders into Sharpe, Nelson & Murdock, where Foggy Nelson AKA Daredevil's pal, works. After finding Foggy, Deadpool leaps out of the
window onto a winch being operated by Weasel. Daredevil gives Deadpool a lift up onto the roof and asks what he's doing.
Once Daredevil knows it's Typhoid Mary they're after Daredevil and Deadpool go after her leaving Weasel and Foggy on the roof. With nothing to do Weasel and Foggy go for some food. Later, D&D arrive at the building where the Judge and discover the corpses and Mary. While Daredevil is searching the building, Mary stabs Deadpool in the stomach and leaves.
At the Viper Club, the Mob bosses have all gathered to protect themselves from Typhoid Mary. Above the streets D&D head down to the club to stop
a massacre. Downtown, at a little joint in the Village, Foggy and Weasel are discussing the sidekick role. After crashing through the roof of the Viper Club, Deadpool and Daredevil
are taking out the mob bodyguards, and Typhoid Mary has stepped into the room with the Mob bosses. Daredevil pops upstairs to try and find Mary while Deadpool takes on the
rest of the Gangsters. Upstairs, Mary deafens Daredevil temporarily with the sound system then proceeds to beat on him. Readying himself to take out Mary, Daredevil is stopped
by Deadpool who then knocks down Daredevil. After a brief chat, Daredevil realizes that it was him who had made Typhoid Mary and that the girl he knocked out of a window
years ago hadn't died. Daredevil reduces Mary to a gibbering wreck with a few words and hits, then Deadpool takes her away with him.
While the fighting has been going on, Weasel and Foggy have gotten drunk and Weasel has taught Foggy how to lose all his money in poker.
