This starts out with us meeting a few boys who have spent most of their lives paying back troopers in Desert Storm for what they see as wrong doings. A while ago we learned that Tommy and Natt where in the war. We also learned that they took out a whole squad of troopers. These guys, who refer to themselfs as S.A.S., have gotten wind of it and are not happy With Tommy or Natt. Seems these two are at the bottom end with everybody as mens room Louie is upset with them. Heres why. Remember issue 20 when Tommy fell off the fire escape at Tiegels and landed in middle of a drug deal and had to kill every one before he himself was killed? Well, one man Tommy killed then was Lefty Lugano, one of Louies' men. After Tommy tries to cool Louie down, him and Natt go to Noonans' bar, the same place the S.A.S. are headed.
