HITMAN #31- Tommy's Heroe's: 3 of 5

Monaghan and Mitchell are walking around in the desert waiting to die, while Karkov and gang make sure they do die. Back on base, Tommy's friends pin Mr. Martindale to the wall when questioning why he's involved with the war. They hold him at gun point and get him to tell them the story on what happened to Tommy, but not before a privite comes in and sees them holding a gun to Martindale's head. Nat kills the dude, Mr. M escapes, and Nat and gang are in deep. They take to the road and get outta there. Back to the desert, Karkov finds Monaghan and Mitchell. After getting them to give up there weapons and all that, Tommy gets his chance and takes it. Mitchell doesn't hesitate to join in, and together the two go berzerker style on Karkov and his guys. They end up killing them all, however Mitchell gets shot or stabbed and dies on Tommy. Tommy keeps moving after a funeral was done. Captain Oerheim gose out to the desert to see the bodies of Tommy and Mitchell, but finds Tommy alive and tries to change all that, but Nat, Ringo, and Hacken show up to spoil his plans as Ringo caps the dude. But wait, it may seem like an ending, but there are still two more issues in this mini-series...
