From a distance of twenty five feet, the temple
looked, for all purposes, majestic and proud.Candles glowed from
within its darkened interior.As I moved closer, I began to see the faint
ghosts of soldiers dressed in green.World War I.The year was 1917.
America's own were being readied for the front.

Looking closer, I could see flames eating through the men.
A sea of soldiers about to die. Does anyone remember why?
