Athens - The Acropolis 

When I arrived by taxi in Athens and saw the Parthenon sitting on top of the Acropolis, I could hardly believe I was even there. I spent hours here... taking photos, enjoying the view or just sitting and enjoying being in such a wonderful place.

I could never begin to do justice to the history of the Acropolis, so I found some sites that do that for me :)
