Secondary Numbers Significance (Character)

Remember, their influences are not as strong or certain as those of the primaries. We prefer to give them a secondary significance, and to treat their influence as being comparatively slight as each one can be reduced down to primary number. In regards to character influences, they are derived thru our secondary names (that is, Christian or middle names which frequently represent by an initial only and which are not used except when we sign our *full* name. All the same, these numbers should not be totally dismissed.
NUMBERINTERPRETATIONNUMBER INTERPRETATION
10This number is really a form of the Monad (composed of the number 1 + the cipher or nullity) and all its primaries. It has little significance, although it may indicate completion or attainment 11 Sometimes the number of super-intellect or genius. It can be generally regarded as "lucky" and as leading thru development to success.
12 Indicates repression, uncertainty, and lack of progress. On the other hand, it carries with it the assets of balance and harmony, which may be prevailing. 13A mysterious number, those who regard it as a number of good fortune are as numerous as those who condemn it as being unlucky. It indicates material achievement to those whose Number Of Character is 4. There is no reason to suppose it is unlucky in everyday life, the popular superstition probably arising from the fact that Judas Iscariot was the thirteenth present at the Last Supper. On the whole, the number spells progress in business matters but little spiritual development.
14Fortitude and the surmounting of difficulties are indicated. It is the number of stoicism and unselfishness. 15 Thoughtlessness and obstinacy are the chief traits, especially when in conjunction with the primary number 5. If combined with primary number 4, the number of "stolidity", it somewhat modifies the quality.
16 Not a very happy influence as it generally pertains to self-suffiency and excessive confidence. 17Always a portent of happiness and harmony. it exerts a favorable influence on the imaginative powers, and thus upon authors, painters, sculptors, and all creative artistic-types.
18 This number has no additional influence on those who primary number is 9, but it adds strength and achievement to the other numbers. Thus it counteracts, to a certain extent, the unfavorable qualities found in those numbers. 19 Brightness and inspiration are carried with it. It may be responsible for "bright ideas" occasionally manifested by an otherwise rather dull and uninspired character.
20Like 10, this number has scarcely any influence. It sometimes has a steadying effect on rash and impetuous characters, but seldom prevail against the real "hot head". 21It instills a desire for freedom and independence, as well as ambition, in those whose primary number is not 3. On the 3 type it does not exert a favorable influence; it increases the adverse qualities of impatience and over-confidence.
22This number, representing the last number of the Hebrew alphabet, may signify great success and the power of achievement. Its influence is constantly strong; that is to say, it increases the strength of both the good and the bad traits contained in the primaries. It may thus cause outstanding ascendancy or disastrous downfall.
