Project Plan

This project plan will help you organize a successful public awareness campaign or fund raising venture. Should you want additional information posted here, e-mail me at the address listed at the bottom of this page... Lark

The Project Mission Statement:

Background to Mission Statement
Our Group has made it a part of our mission to provide adoption related resource material to Timmins and area residents. To meet that objective, we plan to provide a series of books and manuals to the Timmins Library and through it, to the Regional Library. We considered holding the material ourselves, but concluded that the burden of managing a resource library is beyond the capacity of our group. Having material available in the Library system, makes it available to many more people, and adds to the services the library already provides. We will also use this project as a public awareness campaign highliting post adoption issues and our group as a source of support.

Actual Mission Statement
Over the next few months and untill mid May of 1998, we will work towards a single revenue project called the "Bellies, Knees, and Ankles Library Project" which will generate the necessary funds to acquire these books for the Timmins Library.
Bi-products of this project will publicize the play as a vehicle for other groups, publicize our own group, and publicize some of the adoption related issues.
