I do not have any pictures of Jefferson's family.   There is a small picture 
of Jefferson on "Thomas Jefferson on Politics and Government" at the following 
website:

There are also several pictures, including a rather large one at the following

There are no pictures of Jefferson's wife in existence.  You can go to one 
of the search engines, such as Google, and search for "Thomas Jefferson, pics." 
That should take you to websites that have other pictures of Jefferson.

The easiest way to copy a picture is to use your mouse.  Put the cursor on
the picture, click on the RIGHT button, and a menu will pop up.  On the menu
will be something like "Save picture as..."  Click on that, and it will enable
you to save the picture to your hard drive.
